Thomas was born in Nuremberg, Germany, and later moved to the USA at a young age. After an uninterested stint of piano lessons as a youth, he picked up guitar at the age of 16. Two years later he started playing drums, which he played through college. Thomas earned his BA in Music: Jazz Drumset Performance at the University of Utah, and continues to perform on drums 2-3 times a week, all while touring on guitar for Going Second.

Favorite Food: Smothered Burrito with Cheese, no meat.

Hobbies: Mustangs, Breaking Bad, Driving
